Custom software / BridgeIQ
On-Screen Takeoff into Sage Estimating, in one push.
A client standardized on On-Screen Takeoff and wanted their quantities in Sage Estimating. There was no direct connection between the two, and the workaround was a CSV export and an afternoon of re-keying on every estimate. So we wrote the connector. It has been running in that estimating department ever since.
What it does
One push from takeoff to estimate
When the takeoff is ready, the estimator pushes it across. Conditions map to Sage Estimating items — nothing is exported, reformatted, or retyped.
Revisions without retyping
When the drawings change, update the takeoff and push again — no re-keying the new quantities.
Mapping you control
The condition-to-item mapping is yours, built around your database, and it persists between jobs.
What we do around it
Software plus the services that keep it working.
- Condition-to-item mapping built against your existing Sage database
- Installed and tested on live estimates before anyone relies on it
- Training for the estimators who’ll use it daily
- Ongoing support and updates as Sage and On-Screen Takeoff versions move
Who it carries the most weight for
How this looks in your trade.

General contractors
High bid volume across every division, and a bid day that depends on how fast you can level subcontractor quotes and catch the scope gaps.

Concrete, masonry & finishes
Self-performed, quantity-driven work — concrete, masonry, drywall, plaster and stucco — where takeoff accuracy and crew production rates are the whole estimate.

Site & civil
Earthwork, utilities, and paving — private site packages and public unit-price work, priced on equipment, production rates, and measured quantities.
